PLACING AN ORDER

• We DO NOT accept orders via comment sections Instagram stories. Full payment for hair and delivery must be completed before shipment.
  

• Processing time for standard orders is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, after which orders will be dispatched for delivery.
  

• All orders are shipped via Canada Post (doorstep delivery)
  

• All essential product details—including texture, length, weight, and processing time will be clearly stated in the caption.
  

• Payment On Delivery is NOT available
